Admin setup needed

The admin dashboard can't be used on this server yet:

• No database configured. DATABASE_URL isn't set. Copy .env.example to .env.local, fill in DATABASE_URL, then restart the website.
• Image uploads are off. Set MEDIA_ROOT in .env.local to an absolute folder outside the project, e.g. D:\jnag-data\media, then restart.
