The Founder
A Vision Heard
in a Song.
Born on Christmas Day, 1960, as the tenth child of a poor but deeply God-fearing family, N. Peter grew up immersed in church life. One evening a visiting pastor sang a Malayalam hymn — “When I part from my physical body, who will be there to lead me?” — and a teenager saw a vision of Jesus on the Cross.
He enrolled in Bethel Bible College, Punalur at 19, planning to serve in North India. God had other plans: “I will send you to your own place first. I will send you to North India as a team and do great things through your life.”
Back in Parassala with no building and no money, he borrowed a strip of land, built a thatched shed, and — when there was no door — took one from an abandoned family temple nearby. Four elderly women came to the first prayer meeting. He prayed over every empty seat for the people who would one day fill them.
When the church needed a building fund, he had one possession: a motorcycle. He announced from the pulpit he was selling it for God. The congregation gave everything they had. In 1992, a building seating 1,000 was dedicated to the Lord.

Milestones of Faith.
A Child is Born
N. Peter born on Christmas Day as the tenth child of Mr. Nallathampy and Ms. Sundari — a humble, God-fearing family in Kerala.
Called to Bible College
At 19, he enrolls in Bethel Bible College, Punalur. God speaks clearly: “I will send you to your own place first, and do great things through your life.”
Five Years in Tamil Nadu
After graduating, he begins ministry in Maruthemcode, Tamil Nadu under the Assemblies of God — five years of growth, miracles, and preparation.
Called Home to Parassala
God redirects him home. With no building and no funds, he starts prayer meetings in a house, then a thatched shed built on borrowed land. Four elderly women attend.
Church Building Dedicated
Through sacrifice and prayer — including the sale of his only motorcycle — a building seating 1,000 is dedicated to God. The congregation weeps and worships together.
1,000 Families
The first prayer request made when only four members existed is fulfilled: 1,000 member families worship together. God proved faithful to every word.
2,000+ Families
Over 2,000 families gather across three Sunday services. JN Vision TV streams globally. North India mission teams continue. The banner rises higher.
